Responsibilities:
* Call on Ophthalmologists while representing the following product line: Travatan® Z™ (glaucoma), Vigamox® (anti-infective), and Pataday™ (anti-allergy).
* Conduct face-to-face presentations with Ophthalmologists to educate them on current and future products.
* Build positive relationships with clients while increasing market share and exceeding company set quotas.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University.
* Minimum 2-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
* Verifiable outside sales experience with documented sales performance.
* Demonstrated ability to promote new and existing products lines, expand current market share, and excel in a highly competitive quota-driven sales environment.
* High motivation to succeed while working autonomously from a home-based office.
* Ability and willingness to do overnight travel (2-3 overnights per month).

Our generous benefits package includes the Alcon 401(k) Plan which matches employee contributions up to 5% of eligible pay at the rate of $1.00 for each dollar contributed, and the Alcon Retirement Plan (ARP), a qualified plan in which Alcon contributes 7% of eligible pay to the accounts of all eligible employees. By combining the Company’s contributions to the 401(k) and ARP, employees can receive up to 12% of eligible pay from Alcon towards retirement.
